Jeremy Scott Fitness Youth Camps have one goal in mind
Get your kids to love being active!!!!!!

We want kids to associate exercise, play and movement, with fun and reward. We want to make it fun, yet beneficial! If your child loves exercise and active play and is good at sports, he or she will have a great time perfecting current skills while learning new ways to make their bodies stronger and safer in athletic and every day movements. If your child is one of the many that have not yet found that “love of being active,” we are excited and dedicated to changing that!

Coordination, balance, age-appropriate strength, core work and agility are just some of the skills that we will introduce or further develop in your son or daughter.
Because of the differences in development, we have limited these sessions to Ages 6-9 and 10-13. If you have a child who falls into a different range and wish to have them get involved with our youth fitness programs please contact us to see if there is other options.

Youth will learn proper form, technique, and safe training movements. Youth will learn how to properly use body weight training, resistance bands, plyometrics, core stability and enjoy a variety of fitness and sports games to keep things EXCITING!
JSF Youth Program are fun, challenging and rewarding, the program is tailored for age-appropriate groups. The program’s core focus is to improve your child’s Attitude and knowledge about fitness!

New 2011-12 School Session – 4 Week Programs Starting August 15th – each camp is 2 days per week
Monday and Wednesday 4:00pm – 5:00pm

  • 1 Month Program – $149
  • 3 Month Program – $129
  • 6 Month Program – $99

We realize that your children are busy people! 1-week camp options for only $40/week or a daily drop-in rate of $25/session also available upon request.
Family Discounts – if you have more than one person in your household in any of the camps at the same time everyone’s package is discounted!
